UPVC Roof Sheet Making Machine
It is suitable for flat-to-slope conversation in development zones, farmer's markets, shopping malls, residential quarters, new rural constuction of residential villas, rain sheds, sun awnings, antique building, etc. it is also suitable for new slope roofs of various structure such as concrete structures, steel structures, and flat-to-sloping projects for old bulidings. With special accessories, waterproof, wing resistance and corrosion resistance are improved by three levels. Three defenses: Slope, concealed groove, screw hole waterproof. Two resistanc: Screw head, waterproof rubber wing is not in contact with air and rain and durable. Primary resistance: Anti-typhoon performance can reach level 10.
The 55/75 kW extruder pushes UPVC through a sheet die and corrugating calibrator to form 880 or 1050 mm wide sheets, 2–3 mm thick with 220/250 mm wave length, 160 mm pitch and 30 mm wave height, at 450–550 kg/h. UPVC sheets insulate better than metal, never rust and quiet the rain — which is why farms, factories and markets are switching.
