The 23.2 m extrusion line blends calcium carbonate with PVC in a 600 L vacuum-hopper mixing system (280–350 kg/batch), extrudes the core through a 110 kW extruder at 700 rpm screw speed, and calenders wear layer and decor film onto the board — 8–10 tons of rigid flooring per day at 180 kW line power.
