Surgical Glove Inner Wallet Packing Machine

This fully automatic machine folds sterile surgical glove pairs into their printed inner wallet — the paper wallet that keeps the left and right glove correctly cuffed and oriented for aseptic donning. It supports manual glove feeding as well as automatic feeding, letting glove plants match the line to their upstream process.

The line unwinds and creases wallet paper, places each glove pair on its printed panel, folds the wallet through successive stations and delivers finished packs at 40–65 per minute. Wallet sizes of 195–205 × 95–110 mm are covered, and the 10 kW line occupies a 9000 × 1540 × 1529 mm footprint. Paired with our outer pouch packing machine it forms a complete surgical glove packing line.
