Urine Bag Making Machine
This fully automatic machine produces PVC urine drainage bags complete with non-return valve to prevent back-flow and increase patient safety, printed graduation scales, and outlet fittings — in white or transparent film, with bag capacities from 500 to 3000 ml.
High-frequency welding stations form and seal each bag, fit the valve and tubing ports, and deliver finished bags at up to 900 pieces per hour. The line runs on a 415 V three-phase five-wire supply with 27 kW equipment power and 0.5–0.7 MPa compressed air, weighing about 3000 kg.

The line takes PVC film and components to finished drainage bags in one continuous process — welding, valve fitting and port assembly without manual handling.
