Our Full Automatic Baby Diaper Making Machine is designed for high-speed and hygienic production of baby diapers with excellent efficiency and consistent quality. Equipped with advanced PLC control, servo technology, and automatic counting systems, it ensures stable operation, low wastage, and reduced labor costs. Suitable for manufacturing various diaper sizes, it is ideal for large-scale diaper production facilities
The stainless-steel line produces tape, pant, pull-up and I-type diapers in S, M, L and XL sizes at up to 350 pieces per minute. PLC control with servo technology and hot-melt glue systems keeps wastage low; the full line measures about 40 × 9 × 4.5 m, weighs around 95 tons and draws roughly 415 kW excluding glue applicators and air compressor.
