Spunlace Nonwoven

The spunlace nonwoven fabric is a product of the process of entangling a web of loose fibres through multiple rows of jets of water at high pressure which pierce the material and tangled the fibres.

Because the fibres are bonded mechanically by high-pressure water jets — not by chemical binders — spunlace fabric stays soft, absorbent and skin-friendly, which is why it dominates hygiene and medical applications. We supply plain white rolls from 40 to 180 GSM in polyester and blends, recyclable and ready to run on wipes, swab and pad converting lines.
