Alcohol Swab Machine
Alcohol swab machines produce alcohol prep pads, alcohol swabs and hospital pads — the single-use saturated wipes used before injections and blood draws. The line takes spunlace fabric from the roll, folds and cuts it, doses it with alcohol solution and seals each pad into an individual four-side-sealed pouch.
Running at 250 packs per minute, the machine folds a 60 × 30 mm unfolded swab to 30 × 30 mm and seals it in a 50 × 50 mm bag. A 1.1 kW motor drive with 3.5 kW heating (5 kW total installed) runs from a standard 220 V / 50 Hz supply, keeping the line compact and economical for medical consumable producers.
