It is circuit boards assembled with electronic components such as diode, transmitter, capacitors, resistors, and ICs with SMT, DIP, and soldering assembly technology. BP monitors are a vital part of healthcare, and have become an important product for hypertension patients as they need to measure their blood pressure regularly.
Each PCBA carries the microcontroller, pressure sensor, pump and valve drivers, LCD interface and speaker output of a complete upper-arm BP monitor, with a micro-USB port for power and data. Boards are assembled and soldered under process control, then function-tested for measurement accuracy across the 0–300 mmHg pressure and 30–180 bpm pulse range — ready to drop into your monitor housing.
