Allied Way's fully automatic IV Set Assembly Machine builds complete intravenous infusion sets in a single integrated line, combining multiple bowl-feeder stations to deliver consistent, high-throughput output for disposable medical device manufacturers.
Modular assembly stations — chamber (with or without vent), disc filter, flow regulator and roller clamp, and latex rubber & tip — can be configured to match your infusion-set design, from 4-part long-tube sets to 6-part chamber assemblies.
