A WPC/PVC Door Profile Making Machine is a specialized industrial equipment used to produce door frames, door panels, and other profiles from a blend of wood fiber (or wood powder) and plastic (typically PVC or PE/PP) along with various additives. These machines are designed for high efficiency, precision, and the production of durable, weather-resistant, and environmentally friendly WPC products.

A 65/132 mm conical twin-screw extruder with 37 kW motor and 30 kW barrel heating plasticizes the wood-fibre/PVC blend and pushes it through profile dies at 150–250 kg/h. Vacuum calibration, haul-off and cut-off complete the automatic 415 V three-phase line, producing door frames and panels that are waterproof, termite-proof and screw-holding like timber.
