The fully automatic line runs a 90–110 mm screw with 600 kg/h plasticizing capacity and 170 kg/h output at 90 kW power consumption, molding floats in 2 to 8 layers under 1800 kN clamping force. Layer construction can combine virgin outer skins with recycled or foamed cores — cutting material cost without giving up weathering performance.
