Allied Way's automatic needle assembly machine joins the stainless-steel cannula to the plastic hub and cap in a single high-throughput line, delivering consistent, precise disposable needles for medical manufacturers.

It handles disposable hypodermic needles, insulin syringe needles, blood-collection needles and pen needles, with an optional double-cannula loading station to further increase output.
