The line extrudes wood-fibre-filled PVC through a 75 kW twin-screw extruder into boards 1220 mm wide (custom widths available) and 3–30 mm+ thick at 300–400 kg/h. Installation power is 250 kW with about 150 kW running consumption on a three-phase supply — a complete foaming, calibration, haul-off and cutting line.
