Wet Wipes Machinery
Wet wipes making machine are used to manufacture wet wipes, which are disposable moistened cloths often used for cleaning or personal hygiene. This machine are commonly used in the production of baby wipes, disinfecting wipes, dress up wipes, lady wipes, cleaning wipes, and various other types of wet wipes. One wet wipes machine can produce different wet wipes.
The full line folds and cuts spunlace at 400–500 cuts per minute across 6–11 lanes, packs 30–80 bags per minute (2400–3600 wipes/min) and applies lids at 45–50 packs per minute, handling 35–80 GSM material in Z or W folds. A compact single-wipe machine covers sachet formats at 150–250 pcs/min. The 15 kW-class line measures 9500 × 3000 × 1800 mm and weighs about 3 tons.
