Surgical Glove Outer Pouch Packing Machine
This fully automatic machine takes folded glove inner wallets and seals each one into its printed outer pouch — the final peel-open pack that goes to sterilization and the operating room. It delivers good stability at high speed, packing 80 pairs per minute in a 260 × 140 mm pouch format.
Wallets travel from the infeed conveyor through pouch forming, insertion and sealing stations, drawing 0.6–0.8 MPa compressed air at roughly 600 NL/min on a 380–440 V supply. The 6000 × 1160 × 2070 mm line weighs about 2 tons and pairs directly with our inner wallet packing machine to complete an automatic surgical glove packaging line.
