PVC Wall Panel Making Machine
We manufacture high-performance PVC Ceiling Panel & Wall Panel Making Machines used to produce stylish, durable, and waterproof panels for interior walls and ceilings. These machines offer smooth operation, high productivity, and consistent quality—perfect for creating decorative solutions in homes, offices, and commercial spaces.
The line extrudes 200–300 mm wide panels through a 1145 mm screw with 18 kW screw heating and 30 kW motor power, conveying at 5–30 m/min to produce 220–260 panels per hour. With a compact 2200 × 900 mm footprint and 380 V/50 Hz supply, plus feeding capacity up to 450 kg/h, it suits panel plants of any size.
