A single-shaft LUMPS-series granulator that gently and thoroughly grinds thick-walled moldings, sheets, sprue cakes, pipes and profiles at 800–1000 kg/h with a 30 kW drive.
Product Overview
Grinder
LUMPS series granulators enable gentle and thorough granulation of thick-walled mouldings, sheets, sprue cakes, pipes and profiles, etc.
A 30 kW motor turns the rotor at 735 rpm against 4 fixed knives, reducing lumps fed through the 810 × 340 mm mouth into uniform regrind at 800–1000 kg/h. The 1600 × 1400 × 2200 mm, 2000 kg machine handles feed sizes up to 25 mm output granule — turning purge lumps, rejects and offcuts back into usable material.
