Diaper Making Machine

We supply complete diaper making machines covering the full disposable diaper family: tape-type and pant-type baby diapers, adult incontinence diapers and I-type inserts. Each line handles web unwinding, SAP core forming, elastic and tape application, cutting, folding and stacking in one continuous process.

Typical configurations run 300 pcs/min (adult, stable 200–250) to 350 pcs/min (baby) with PLC control, servo drives and hot-melt glue systems, achieving finished-product rates around 98%. Lines are customized in size range, machine direction and colour, with utilities engineering, installation and operator training included.
