Kraft Paper Bag Making Machine

The machine is mainly used to make a bag, and a sewing bag or a valve pocket can be made on the basis of the bag. The press is generally not equipped with a press unless the customer orders it separately. We often have a four-color printing machine with a scraper to ensure good print quality.

The tuber machine (28.7 × 2.4 × 2.9 m) forms 2–4 kraft plies plus a PE layer into tubes, and the bottomer (32.6 × 5.1 × 2.5 m, 86 kW) folds and glues V-bottom valve bags at up to 230 bags per minute. Servo drives with PLC control keep registration accurate, and a four-colour printing unit can run in line for branded bags.
