Adult Diaper Making Machine
We offer disposable adult diaper making machines built for serious volume: a design speed of 300 pieces per minute with stable production at 200–250 pieces per minute, producing four customizable diaper sizes at a 98% finished-product rate and production efficiency of 88% or better.
The line runs on a 380 V, 50 Hz three-phase five-wire supply with about 450 kW machine capacity and 0.6–0.8 MPa compressed air (37 kW, 5.8 m³/h). The machine itself measures 31 × 3.5 × 5 m and weighs about 65 tons, with an operating area of 35 × 7 × 5 m; colour and machine direction are customized to your plant.
