Band-Aid Making Machine
Our Band-Edge Making Machine is a high-precision, fully automatic solution designed for producing smooth, durable, and accurately sealed band edges for medical, textile, and industrial applications. Engineered with advanced technology, the machine ensures consistent performance, high productivity, and excellent finishing quality.
Multiple material webs — adhesive tape, absorbent pad and release paper — are laminated, die-cut and wrapped in one continuous process at up to 1200 pieces per minute. The 2500 × 950 × 1850 mm machine installs 4.5 kW (2–6 kW average use) on a 220 V supply and weighs 880 kg, with a 1630 × 360 × 850 mm secondary conveyor delivering finished bandages for packing.

Die-cutting tooling covers the full first-aid range — rectangular, cross, perforated strip and square — with strong adhesion, breathable comfort and skin-friendly materials.
